Provides free online pain education and peer support to people with pain. Groups consist of learning about pain management topics, sharing coping straggles and building a community of support. Participants can connect online or by phone. All regional groups meet online on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, except demographic groups, which meet on the third Tuesday of each month. For more information on peer or groups, which include demographic-based groups for LGBTQ2S+, BIPOC and Young Adults, or to register, visit the website. New groups are regularly launching; Cantonese and Punjabi groups will start Fall 2024!

This group meets on the second Tuesday of the month from 11:00AM - 1:00PM and on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Demographic groups meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
