YMCA Chair Fitness: Sit and Be Fit

Class is for adults who are at risk of falling or have limited mobility; you'll learn how to do chair exercises, both seated and standing.
Sit and Be Fit: YMCA Chair Fitness is a health and fitness program. Offered online, participants will have the chance to improve their balance, mobility, and strength while staying connected and having fun!

This class is for adults who have limited mobility or who are at risk of falling. Participants will be guided through low-to-moderate intensity seated and standing (optional) exercises.
